Rachel "Madi" Simons MMS, PA-C

Rachel “Madi” Simons graduated with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies with highest honors from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale in 2022. She received her undergraduate degree in 2018 from Coastal Carolina University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Madi is passionate about caring for patients in all aspects of heart and vascular care as well as preventative medicine. She enjoys being able to provide continuity of care and form long lasting relationships with her patients. In her free time, Madi likes to spend time with her family and friends, her two dogs, play soccer, and spend most of her time outdoors.
