Jawharah Tomawis MSN, FNP-C

Jawharah Tomawis, FNP completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Prior to becoming a provider at Carient Heart and Vascular, she worked at VCU Health System Pauley Heart Center and completed clinical rotations at Richmond Cardiology Associates.

In addition to cardiology, Jawharah’s passions include preventive health, community outreach and cultural diversity. She has participated in multiple medical mission trips during her time as a Registered Nurse. She is also bilingual and enjoys working with Filipino/Tagalog speaking patients.

Outside of work, Jawharah enjoys traveling, finding the best desserts around town and playing her guitar! You might even see her at the local farmer’s market as she loves supporting local businesses.
