Meet Dr. Aghdassi
Adeeb Aghdassi, MD, FACC

Biography
Dr. Aghdassi is a board certified general and interventional cardiologist with a focus on the medical and minimally invasive procedural management of coronary artery, peripheral vascular, and valvular heart disease. He completed his undergraduate and medical training at the University of Virginia. Afterwards, he completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at the University of Maryland and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Florida.
Dr. Aghdassi has a clinical interest in preventive cardiology, acute MI, complex coronary intervention, women’s heart health, and peripheral vascular intervention as well as inpatient and outpatient consultative cardiology. Bringing the most up to date techniques and evidence in cardiovascular medicine, he believes in working with patients to develop an individualized treatment plan for optimal heart health. After having worked out of state, he is excited to be back in northern Virginia to serve the community in which he is from.
